Agreement to Terms

By renting or using any services or vehicles provided by Cash Auto Rentals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Rental Requirements

• Renters must present a valid driver’s license at pickup.
• Minimum age to rent is 21 years. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25.
• A valid credit or debit card is required for security deposit and payment authorization.

2. Payments & Deposits

Full payment or an approved deposit is required at the time of booking. Security deposits vary by vehicle category and will be authorized prior to vehicle release. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Vehicle Use

Renters agree to:

• Operate the vehicle responsibly and obey all traffic laws.
• Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-roading, or any illegal activity.
• Not permit unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

Cash Auto Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental and recover the vehicle if misuse is suspected.

4. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will be charged.

5. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance coverage is provided where required by law. Renters remain responsible for damages, theft, or loss not covered by included insurance. Optional insurance upgrades may be available at pickup.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to pickup may be eligible for a refund depending on the booking type. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be non-refundable. Approved refunds can take 5–10 business days to process.

Do not perform unauthorized repairs without prior approval.

8. Damage & Accident Reporting

All accidents, damage, or incidents must be reported immediately. Failure to report may result in full liability for damages and related costs.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
